A versatile and inviting venue for performances, presentations, and community events, Garver Theater offers a well-equipped space in the heart of Camas. Whether you’re hosting a theatrical production, concert, or special gathering, the theater provides a comfortable and accessible setting for both performers and audiences.

Garver Theater features flexible, general admission seating to support a wide range of events.

  • Main Floor: 435 seats

  • Balcony: 260 seats

  • Accessible Seating: 6 ADA-designated spaces

Seating is not individually assigned. Event organizers are encouraged to use general admission ticketing.

  • Rectangular tables available upon request

  • 90 chairs

  • Podium

  • Optional event promotion on the lobby TV screen

  • Projector and screen available upon request

Rental Requirements

  • A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required and must be on file prior to the event.

Required Staffing
To ensure safety and a high-quality experience, the following staff are required for all rentals:

  • Garver-approved technical director (sound and lighting) for all theater events

  • CSD-approved site monitor

  • Custodial staff for post-event cleaning

    • Additional custodial support available upon request

Payment Information

  • A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event

  • Any additional costs or incidentals will be billed after the event
