Tracey is a Camas High School graduate and a longtime Camas community member with two children in the district. A graduate of Clark College and Leadership Clark County, today she is vice president and partner and Halbert Construction Services LLC. She also serves on the boards of directors for Cascadia Technical Academy (formerly Clark County Skills Center) Foundation and Southwest Washington Contractors Association.

To the role of Camas School District board member, Tracey brings a deep appreciation for her own education in Camas Schools and for that of her children. She aims to constantly utilize her skills and expertise and her passion for and commitment to giving back to the community.

Matthew McBride is the newest Director on the Camas School Board, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in education, community service, and data science. As the director of an international consulting service, Matthew is known for his strategic, innovative, and data-driven approach to problem-solving. His extensive volunteer work includes roles with the Clark County Mosquito Control District, Camas Robotics Booster Club, and the Camas School District Citizens Advisory Committee. Committed to educational equity and community collaboration, Matthew aims to ensure that every student in the Camas School District has access to high-quality education and the resources they need to succeed.

Corey McEnry, a third-generation Camas High School alum, is a National Board Certified Teacher and works as the band director for Hockinson High School. He has served as vice president of the Hockinson Education Association and as a committee member of the Hockinson Facilities Planning Committee and the citizens’ bond committee. McEnry earned his Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University and his Master’s degree from Sam Houston State University.

In an interview, he told the Board that he was interested in serving because he is proud of his Camas education.

“This is a time of great change in education, both in terms of legislation and the ever-evolving role of the school in the community,” McEnry stated in his application materials. “I believe my varied roles as a parent, teacher, taxpayer, and community member coupled with my ability to be a respectful, open-minded team player will be a positive addition to the Board.”

With a background as a Registered Dietitian and a Master of Science from New York University, Bamini Pathmanathan brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the role.

Since 2009, Bamini has been actively involved in various community service roles, including serving as the PTA Secretary at Prune Hill Elementary School, Chair of the Camas Educational Foundation Mini-Grant Committee, and Vice Chair of the Citizens Advisory Committee for three years. Additionally, she has served on The Student Wellness Advisory Council and volunteered with organizations like Meals on Wheels, the Clark County Food Bank, and Northwest Children’s Outreach.

As a school board member, Bamini passionately advocates for high-quality education and strives to create an exceptional learning environment for all students. She believes that education is the cornerstone of a strong community and dedicates herself to addressing the challenges in the educational system. Bamini actively engages with the community, values input from stakeholders and promotes collaboration between parents, teachers, students, and community members.
