Celebrate summer at Jack, Will & Rob Center (JWR). Our caring staff will provide many fun activities for children entering grades Kindergarten-5th. For staffing purposes children must be pre-registered and paid at least two business days in advance. If your child is not pre-registered and paid in full, they will not be allowed to attend camp. Space is limited. Once the daily maximum is met, the camp will be closed to enrollment.

We utilize digital attendance with Brightwheel. This is an easy-to-use mobile app that helps JWR staff and families stay connected.

Children must be fully toilet trained, able to self-feed, participate independently, and behave in such a way that they do not pose a harm to self or others.

** Registration: The first three weeks of summer care will be posted on Monday, April 13th. Remaining weeks will become available on Mondays three weeks prior to the week.

Summer Care Fees: Full day: $280 per week or $70 per day (5 hours or more), Half day: $200 per week or $50 per day (less than 5 hours)

Hours available: 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. We strictly enforce our late pick-up fee of $5 per minute.

Dates available: Monday-Friday, June 22-August 18. JWR will be closed July 2-3.

Every child attending JWR Summer Care must have this registration form filled out and on file: REGISTRATION FORM. This form is different than the school year registration form. There is no registration fee for summer care. Registration will open Monday, April 13th.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS FOR JWR SUMMER CARE

• There is a 10% processing fee (up to $20 max per purchase) for refunds or cancellations if the office is notified two business days prior to the date reserved. After this time no refunds will be issued.

• Our office will issue refunds only, NO DATE CHANGES. If you need to make a change, a refund will be given (minus the processing fee). You must purchase the new date.
