2026 Summer Camps

Continue to check our website frequently for additional programs to be posted. Children attending CCE/JWR programs must be fully toilet trained, able to self-feed, participate independently, and behave in such a way that they do not pose a harm to self or others. If a student is not capable of these guidelines, then supportive accommodations from family or a representative is welcome. Safe behavior is expected.

Many camp instructors are not trained to administer rescue meds such as epi-pens. They have been instructed to call 911 and then the parent in the event of an emergency.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • There is a 10% processing fee (up to $20 max per purchase) for refunds or cancellations if the office is notified one week prior to the start of camp. After this time no refunds will be issued.

  • Our office will issue refunds only – no changes. If you need to make a change, a refund will be given (minus the processing fee) and you must purchase the new class.

  • A 4% processing fee for credit card transactions will be the responsibility of the purchaser. To avoid that fee you can pay with cash or check. Mailing in a registration form does not guarantee a spot in the class. If the class fills up before we receive the form you will be placed on a waitlist.
