Children attending CCE/JWR programs must be fully toilet trained, able to self-feed, participate independently, and behave in such a way that they do not pose a harm to self or others. If a student is not capable of these guidelines, then supportive accommodations from family or a representative is welcome. Safe behavior is expected.

• A 4% processing fee for credit card transactions will be the responsibility of the purchaser. To avoid that fee you can pay with cash or check. Mailing in a registration form does not guarantee a spot in the class. If the class fills up before we receive the form you will be placed on a waitlist.

Late pick up fee is $5 per minute

Refunds & Cancellations

• There is a 10% processing fee (up to $20 max per purchase) for refunds or cancellations if the office is notified one week prior to the start of camp. After this time no refunds will be issued.

• Our office will issue refunds only – no changes. If you need to make a change, a refund will be given (minus the processing fee) and you must purchase the new camp.

  
  

Children in grades K-5 can celebrate a day off of school at Jack, Will & Rob Center (JWR)! Our caring staff will provide many fun activities!

For staffing purposes children must be pre-registered and paid in advance. If your child is not pre-registered and paid in full, they will not be allowed to attend camp. Space is limited. If minimum enrollment is not met the camp will be canceled. Once the maximum is met, the camp will be closed to enrollment.

Grades: K-5, Bring a lunch, and water bottle. NO LATE PICKUPS. Please download the Brightwheel app. Instructors will use this for communication on the day of camp.

Day Camp Fees:  Full day: $55 per day (5 hours or more), Half day: $40 per day (less than 5 hours). Beginning October 1, 2025 a 4% processing fee for credit card transactions will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
