Each year, the Washington School Recognition Program honors public schools that are making exceptional progress in key areas of student success. The program is a joint effort by OSPI, the State Board of Education, and EOGOAC. Schools can be recognized in one or more categories.
We’re proud to share that several Camas schools were recognized this year:
Discovery High School – Growth for students in one or more racial or ethnic groups
Grass Valley Elementary – Growth for English Learner students and racial/ethnic groups; Achievement in ELA, Math, and Attendance
Liberty Middle School – Growth for English Learner students
Odyssey Middle School – Growth for students in one or more racial or ethnic groups
Congratulations to our staff and students for this well-earned recognition!
