In recent weeks, school and district leaders have been working together to develop a shared Theory of Action—a living framework for how our collective actions lead to the kind of outcomes and school experiences we want for every student. Grounded in our Strategic Plan, MTSS, and the Profile of a Graduate, each school is identifying a specific problem of practice they plan to address this year, using an inquiry cycle to guide reflection, action, and learning.
This collective work is always in progress, but it’s already strengthening alignment across buildings and supporting a more coherent student experience.
