The Business Services department is responsible for the financial and physical resources of the district. Members of the department prepare the annual operating budget and provide regular reports to district departments and schools to help them manage their budgets throughout the year. The Business Services staff are committed to supporting district-wide teaching and learning improvement, and the educational goals of the district.
The Business and Finance Department is responsible for elements of financial management including:
- Budgeting
- Enrollment reporting
- Preparing state-mandated fiscal reports
- Maintaining accounting records
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivables
