Who is IT? We’re the ones who get IT done. You may know us by our work installing and supporting desktops, SmartBoards, laptops, District email, wireless internet, document cameras, WordPress, Skyward, Citrix, and so much more. Behind the scenes, we’re keeping the financial and human resources, library, food service, student information, and countless other systems up and running. Basically, if it plugs into a wall (and doesn’t make food), we have our hands in it. Our mission is to provide students and staff with innovative, cutting-edge tools in a stable and reliable environment as well as superior support to keep it all running smoothly.
Support Requests
Technology is an ever changing element of the education landscape. The District strives to provide a network that is in compliance with state and federal requirements while giving as much opportunity as possible to the members of the school districts network. On occasion, assistance may be needed for anything from a forgotten password, to needing a complete computing system installed into a new classroom. To accomplish this, the technology department has provided access to district staff members to create an online “help ticket” to enable staff to get help and provide the important information that will allow the resolution to come faster as a result of that information.
