Welcome to Room 11! The kids are very busy working on learning many new concepts this year. When I am in the room our focus is on Math, Science, and Social Studies. A highlight this year is working with Mrs. Hord and allowing her to teach the kids in her area of expertise, reading and writing. She and I have worked closely this year to help kids make connections between all of the subject areas. Our focus has been on specific vocabulary words as well as skills that encompass many subjects.
