Welcome to Ms. Lawrence’s fifth grade web page!

Hi!  My name is Lee Ellen Lawrence.  I have been in education for over 25 years, with the past ten years in Camas, and currently teach fifth grade at Dorothy Fox.  I love to teach this age group because of our exciting curriculum, especially in the areas of science and social studies, and the fact that ten and eleven year olds have such great energy! 

On a personal note, I have three children – Julianne 19, who is a senior at Portland State majoring in history, Madelyne 17, a senior at CHS and a Clark College Running Start student, and Phillip, almost 14 - who is an 8th grader at Skyridge.  I enjoy playing the piano, gardening, traveling, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
