Welcome to the Dorothy Fox Library!

We see it now!  Children relaxed on a comfy pillow enjoying their favorite book who are deep in thought and fully engaged in the content of their book! Students who are connecting the text to themselves with their imaginations and asking thoughtful questions.

We see it now!  Children who love reading!  Children who love books!  What a wonderful world!

Library Tidbits:

*The library is open from 8:30-8:55 in the morning before school and during recess times for students who do not wish to be outside.  During this time, they may read a book, make a craft, watch a movie, play a game or utilize the computer programs available.

*Children in grades K-1 may check out one book and children in grades 2-5 may check out two books.  Book check out is for one week and students should return books on their regular library day.

*We are looking for parent volunteers who would be interested in helping shelve books, etc.

*The Scholastic Book Fair will begin November 6th in the library.  We will be open before school and after school and again at the specialists curriculum night (date TBA).
