Camas School District has been recognized with a bevy of 2016 Washington Achievement Awards, sponsored by the Washington State Board of Education and the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.
· Grass Valley Elementary School: High Progress, Special Recognition English Language Acquisition (ELA) Growth;
· Prune Hill Elementary School: High Progress;
· Liberty Middle School: Overall Excellence, Special Recognition Math Growth, Special Recognition ELA Growth, Closing the Achievement Gap (Hispanic Students); and
· Skyridge Middle School: Overall Excellence, High Progress, Special Recognition Math Growth.
These award-winning schools will be honored at a ceremony on May 3, in Auburn.
