Monica Chang, a junior in the Camas High School Magnet Program, has become 1 of 9 finalists in the Oregon Bioscience Showcase Research Fast Pitch. The event, coming up on Monday, October 30, will be opened by Oregon Governor Kate Brown and will feature 200+ bioscience researchers and entrepreneurs, who will watch Monica’s presentation, entitled “A Closer Look at Memory: The Effect of Diurnal Rhythms on Perineuronal Nets.”

Says mom Yayun Yang, “We are very grateful that Magnet has led her to this opportunity.”
