Text Box: In the world of Children’s Jazz Choirs, we are it! JDZ JAZZ!! is a vocal jazz ensemble complete with a rhythm section and improvisation. We are grade 3-4-5 students who love to swing! Through our performances, we hope you will join us in this journey of learning more about our truly American art form: jazz music. This site will help introduce you to who we are, what we do and where you can hear us! Under the direction of Natalie Wilson, JDZ JAZZ!! is swingin’ hard and loving it! You will see that our repertoire since 2001 is expanding and growing from the most basic jazz standards. We are learning creativity through improvisation, learning about form, music history, music theory, music listening and much more through the style of jazz music. We believe we are on the forefront of a new art form as there are very few Children’s Jazz Choirs in our nation and, perhaps the world. We are excited about our music and want to share it with you.
