Get your registration information here!The district registrar is taking registration appointments all summer, so if you have a student who will enroll for the first time in Camas schools this fall, beat the August rush and make your appointment today! Contact our registrar, Shanna Anderson, at 833-5410 or our receptionist, Renee Wade, at 833-5400, extension 0, to schedule your appointment. Click the link below to view our registration page which offers all registration forms and details the documentation necessary to enroll your student. The district office is moving this summer. Appointments occurring before July 24 will take place at our present location at 1919 NE Ione Street. Camas seeks two new principalsThe Camas School District is seeking two outstanding educational leaders to serve as the Principal and Associate Principal of Skyridge Middle School. One of two middle schools in the district, Skyridge has a strong regional reputation for academic and extracurricular excellence. The sixth through eighth grade program offers an exciting blend of rigorous courses, sports and extracurricular activities as well as unique programs that appeal to the social/emotional characteristics of early adolescents. |
Important! We're moving on down the road!The Camas School District administration offices are moving to JDZ, 841 NE 22nd Avenue, to make room for the groundbreaking of the new Hayes Freedom High School this summer. During the week of July 27-31, patrons will find staff members in the JDZ school office. By August 3, the superintendents' offices, district reception, and district registration offices will be located in the portable building east of the parking lot. Administration summer office hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday. While the new Hayes Freedom High School is being contstructed, the staff and students will join the district office at JDZ in the main building. HFHS will spend the 2009-2010 school year in the 200 cluster and main office of JDZ. |

Summer hours, back-to-school events, and school supply listsAll school offices will be closed in July and will re-open on August 17. Click here for detailed office hours information. Back-to-School events will take place on August 31 from 4-6 PM for elementary schools. Skyridge Middle School invites 6th grade students from 6 PM to 6:45 PM and 7th/8th grade students from 6:45 PM to 7:30 PM. Liberty Middle School invites students to drop in any time from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but has scheduled school photos by grade level: 6:00 PM - 6th grade;

Camas Extended Day Program open enrollment begins May 1The Camas Extended Day Program, a before-and-after-school program of the Camas School District, announces open enrollment for the 2009-2010 school year beginning May 1, 2009. The program provides a nurturing and secure environment for children before and after school for students in Kindergarten through fifth grade. S.T.A.R.S. accredited staff provide outdoor/gym recreational activities, arts, crafts, supervised free-choice, homework help and opportunities for developing social skills within large groups, small groups, multi-age and a multi-cultural setting. The Kindergarten-Too program supports Kindergarten learning by offering additional opportunities for social development and fine and gross motor skill refinement. Transportation to our center located at the JDZ Complex is provided by the Camas School District Transportation Department.
