The board may appoint a citizens’ advisory committee or task force as necessary to gather public input and/or establish interaction with the community about selected issues. This committee shall be formed by authorization of the board. Such authorization shall include a description of the responsibilities and reporting relationships and shall specify the duration of the committee's existence.
The committee shall:
· Develop and maintain by-laws to be approved by the school board
· As requested by the superintendent, study school matters and submits findings and recommendations to the superintendent and/or board.
