Strategic Plan

Just over two years ago, the Camas School District embarked on a new strategic planning journey. With a focus on continuous improvement, approximately eighty Camas patrons and staff members participated directly in the early stages of the process. Over 1,000 patrons, staff, and students provided input that led to the formation of the six AIMS for the school district. These broad AIMS support the mission of the Camas School District.

Since those initial meetings in the spring of 2002, a great deal of work has been accomplished, including:

• Refinement and adoption of the AIMS by the Camas School Board
  
• Refinement and adoption of Goals by the Camas School Board
  
• Selection of measurements that will track progress toward achievement of Goals
  
• Identification of the Key Work Processes and action plans that will maximize goal achievement
