1. Start up your flash program (located under the start bar>all programs >applications >macromedia >macromedia flash for you Camas High School students). And create a new document/movie you can use the default size to start with.

2. After you have loaded the new document start by creating a shape that you wish to move some mannor of direction. (i.e. a rectangle, circle, square, word, ect.)

3. After you have finished your shape/word then you can start the looping process. Load your object into fireworks if it not already in the program and create a key frame on the 20th frame and the 40th.

4. After you have created the key frames then create a tween motion between to each of the three keyframs you will do this by right clicking and selecting crate tween motion on the 1st and 20th frames only.

5. After you create the tween motion then you can rotate, flip, move the object in anyway you want. (see moving objects page to find out how to move) I am going to give you directions for the rotating the object, then looping it, (you need an object to move to see the looping work ortherwise it would look like a picture instead of a flash program). Flip your object at the 20th keyframe, go to modify>transform>rotate 90 degrees (CW or CCW does not matter either way).

6. After you have created the change in the picture that you want then you can loop the image. To do this you need to click back on frame number one, there should be a frame that pops up on the bottom of the screen under properties bar called sync with a pull down bar next to it pull it down and choose stream.

7. After you have finished "streaming" your image then push the ctrl and enter keys together to watch your looping action play.
