Architectural Design - Detailed Floor Plan

Criteria

1. Design a residential home that is 2100 sq. feet. in size.
2. Design for a family of 4.
3. Bedroom is requested for each of the two children.
4. Guestroom bedroom is also requested.
5. Den or office space is needed, adjacent to the family room.
6. Family room required but living is not.
7. 2 Car Garage is needed.
8. Large laudry and or mud room is requested.
9. Patio/Deck/BBQ outdoor entertaiment area is requested with access
   to the garage, mud room, and kitchen.

Grading

1. Appropriate detail to include fully detailed dimensions.
2. Lable all spacial areas.
3. Include title block with appropriate information.
