SENIORS:

1.*

SENIORS: This coming Friday will be the last day to order your senior sweatshirt.  All orders need to be in by noon on Friday.  This will be the last order so make sure you get a Sr. Sweatshirt by ordering it by Friday.  The cost is $45.

2.

Another Grad Night Party entry drawing will take place on Dec. 17th for all of those that have turned in their forms before that date.

 CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS:

NHS meets today, Wed., Nov. 18, in the LIC at 2:10 p.m.  We are still waiting to hear about the results of the Blood Drive.  Stay tuned.

MISCELLANEOUS:

1.*

The results from last Friday’s Blood Drive are in and CHS had 99 students that were able to successfully donate. The National Honor Society Members thank everyone for their generous contribution whether as donors or volunteers for the day including a special thank you to Nurse Haugaard, Health Assistant Mrs. Hagstrom, Mrs. Anderson for set-up crews, Scott Jefferson of Maintenance, the attendance ladies, and the office ladies for all their extra help last Friday.  CHS students should be proud of their fellow students who gave so generously by donating blood.  The next NHS sponsored Blood Drive is Friday, February 12!

Attention all Independent PE students: Your Injury Project and Fitness Log are both due by Tuesday, 11/24/09. Late work is NOT accepted!

If you had your pictures taken during retakes, they are available for pickup. If you are in 9th/10th grade see Mrs. Kohler and if you are in 11th/12th grade see Mrs. Mango.

Stuff the Bus has come to Camas High School! Start bringing in your can good donations to your 1st period class and listen to the bulletin for details on how your class can win a pizza party. There will also be an award for the individual who brings in the largest amount of cans in one day! The Stuff the Bus food drive will run through Dec. 4th!

The Homecoming pictures have arrived and will be available for pickup at Mrs. Mango’s office.

The CHS Drama Dept. will perform the “The Crucible”, a play set against the backdrop of the Salem mad witch hunts in the late 17th century.  After accusations from a few girls, the town begins a mad hunt for witches that bring the town to a breaking point that you have to see to believe! The play will be performed in the CHS Theatre with all performances beginning at 7pm on the following dates: Thursday, Nov.19th, Friday, Nov. 20th, and Saturday, Nov. 21st. Cost is $6 for Adults & Students w/o ASB and $4 for Students w/ ASB, Children and Senior Citizens. We hope to see you there!

Would you like to help put a smile on children’s faces during Christmas? Well here’s your chance. There will be a toy drive for Doernbecher Children’s Hospital which runs until Friday Dec. 18th for Shelby Meader’s Senior Project. Toy Boxes will be in the iQ Credit Union to put your new, unused, unwrapped toys for Children ages newborn to 18 years of age. For more information contact Shelby.

Children thru 5th grade and Senior Citizens                                    $1.00
Unattended children K-8                                                               $5.00
CHS students with purchased ASB card are admitted free to home events.

Family passes can be purchased at the high school ASB office. 
They are $50.00 for one season and $87.00 for the year.
